1. License & Usage
Unless otherwise stated, BrandQR and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on BrandQR. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from BrandQR for your own personal or business use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
You must not:
- Republish core product assets or software logic from BrandQR.
- Sell, rent, or sub-license the software platform itself.
- Use the dynamic storefronts to host illegal, offensive, or prohibited content.
2. Storefront Account Registration & Store Content
When you claim a username (e.g. `brandqr.site/yourstore`), you are responsible for maintaining the accuracy and safety of the credentials. You agree that any information, images, menus, links, or contact numbers uploaded to your profile are owned by you or used with authorization.
We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or transfer usernames if there is evidence of trademark infringement, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
3. Billing & Manual Payments
Subscription upgrades on BrandQR may utilize manual payment verification (via UPI or bank transfer proofs). You agree to submit authentic transaction details. Subscriptions will only be activated after verification by our super admin panel.
Refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change plan pricing or storage limits with appropriate notice.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall BrandQR, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website or dynamic storefronts, whether such liability is under contract or tort.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website (including, without limitation, any warranties implied by law in respect of satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose, and/or the use of reasonable care and skill).
